The new restaurant Da Giovannino: creative cuisine and gourmet pizza
Since mid-November, our Ristorante da Giovannino, a historic restaurant in Malgrate, has moved to its original location on the veranda on the lakefront.
Our guests will be able to enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake, of Lecco and of the high mountains that dominate it and taste the dishes created by the chef Alessio Limonta that proposes a creative cuisine based on the use of quality products of the local and Italian territory.
New in the menu is the gourmet pizza: a selection of pizzas made by Salvatore Pisano with high quality products; knead with sourdough from our own production, Caputo di Napoli flour with 24 hour leavening and 48 hour maturation for a still light and highly digestible product and enriched with the highest quality ingredients, such as the peeled nocerini dop agro sarnese, the mozzarella fior di latte, the meats of Marco d’Oggiono and the cheese Invernizzi and Rota of Pasturo in Valsassina, rather than the prized prawns of Mazara del Vallo.
The restaurant can be reached in 5 minutes on foot from Casa sull’Albero, crossing the suggestive historical center of Malgrate.
